4.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on gl777. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and all funds and pending withdrawals being forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 10.1 gl777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• A Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3;
• gl777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or criminal activity is suspected;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Player or a third party on the Player's behalf.

10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, gl777 will freeze the Account balance. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, gl777 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and regulation.

10.3 Players may close their own Accounts at any time by contacting gl777 support. Upon voluntary Account closure with no outstanding bonus obligations, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.4 In cases involving confirmed money laundering or proceeds of crime, gl777 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will not return funds pending the resolution of any applicable investigation or legal proceeding.

12.2 gl777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gl777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12.3 The total cumulative liability of gl777 to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

15.3 Players who are not satisfied with gl777's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory bodies in accordance with the procedures established by those authorities.

15.4 All official communications from gl777 regarding disputes will be in English and directed to the email address registered on the Player's Account.

16.1 gl777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

16.2 The current version of these Terms, including the date of last update displayed at the top of this document, shall be the binding version. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

16.3 Continued use of the gl777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they should cease using the Platform and contact gl777 support to close their Account.
